Southgate could name an unchanged side to the XI he put out against Iran, following an impressive performance in all departments. However, Harry Kane has a scan on an ankle injury sustained on Monday, so will be assessed. Luca de la Torre has been recovering from a hamstring injury, but was available from the bench against Wales. Weston McKennie and Yunus Musah were both substituted with injuries, and could be replaced by Brendan Aaronsen and Kellyn Acosta should they remain out.
