David Martindale made two changes to the Livingston team that clinched a 1-0 victory against St Johnstone in West Lothian, before they lost a last-gasp lead to draw 1-1 with Rangers at Ibrox last Saturday. Dylan Bahamboula was the matchwinner against Saints at the Tony Macaroni Arena, but made way for a centre-back as Jack Fitzwater returned to the Lions' defence. Sean Kelly moved into midfield to accommodate him. Kurtis Guthrie was also sat on the bench, for Andrew Shinnie to support goalscorer Joel Nouble in attack. It was the Englishman's third goal of the Scottish Premiership season, two of which have come against Rangers. Ange Postecoglou named five changes to the Celtic side that won a topsy-turvy clash with Hearts at Tynecastle 4-3, before crashing out of the Champions League courtesy of a 1-1 draw with Shakhtar Donetsk in Glasgow on Tuesday night. Greg Taylor, whose goal proved decisive in Edinburgh, replaced Alexandro Bernabei. Josip Juranovic came in Anthony Ralston at right-back. Sead Haksabanovic replaced Aaron Mooy at the tip of the midfield trio. Liel Abada replaced James Forrest on the right hand-side, with Kyogo Furuhashi replacing his compatriot Daizen Maeda on the left. Giorgos Giakoumakis continued in attack to give the Hoops the lead but it was ultimately to no avail on the night.
