Karagumruk were the talk of the town during the summer months as they hired Andrea Pirlo as their new manager. The Italian manager quickly had to find replacements for Mor, Pesic and Biglia, who had all played a key role during last season. Diagne is the most striking of all the new transfers and if the Senegalese forward can get back to his Kasimpasa days, Karagumruk will be a force to reckon with. Alanyaspor have had a relatively quiet transfer window. Farioli already had a well established squad that have been together for a while and he only aimed to bring in reinforcements for a few positions. This is a young but experienced squad and they only need to sign a new forward as Diedhou is the only recognised, established striker in the squad. Both teams impressed with their attacking displays last season. This is going to be Pirlo's first game in charge and if he follows suit, this will be an entertaining game with a few goals. 2:2
