Vincenzo Montella believes the latter should be fit by kick off however if not, Ismail Cokcalis will deputise. Semih Guler, Tarik Camdal and Gokhan Inler are also sidelined with injury, but none were expected to start. Joher Khadim Rassoul, another non-starter, is back in training, but lacks match fitness. Kerim Frei, Yannis Salibur, and Derrick Luckassen, none of whom were expected to start against Adana Demirspor are all injured. Ahmed Musa is on international duty at the Africa Cup of Nations. Lucas Biglia and Ervin Zukanovic have served their suspensions and both are expected to return to the starting lineup.
